Friend Joan Grohe from Largo, who is from a small town outside of Pittsburgh, made two bets at Sunday's Rays-Pirates game that Pittsburgh will finish with more wins than Tampa Bay. GULP.

"I don't know anything about this new manager (John Russell), and there was some dissension from Jason Bay this winter," she said. "I haven't heard those kind of things before. But it doesn't matter -- they are still my team."
