Pirates vs. Blue Jays, top of second

Adam LaRoche and his dad, Blue Jays minor league pitching coach Dave LaRoche, were supposed to exchange the lineup cards. Not sure why that got scratched.
The Blue Jays have trained in Dunedin since their inception in 1977, and Knology Park (formerly Dunedin Stadium at Grant Field) was home to the World Champions in the springs of 1992 and '93 under manager Cito Gaston.
LaRoche just got gunned down at second by Alex Rios on a hit into the right-field corner. In retrospect, he probably shouldn't have tried for the double.
The Pirates will be interested observers Thursday when entertainer Billy Crystal suits up for the Yankees in Tampa. We can only imagine what the media crush will be like for that spectacle.
