I'm pulling double duty on this sensational Sunday, updating blogs for the Pirates as well as the Rays. Such versatility should bolster my value on the open market - heck, look what it did for guys such as Luis Sojo and Wayne Tolleson.

Now, it's up to my agent to maximize my ability to multi-task.

The other Rookie of the Year in today's game, Jason Bay, stands in after Doug Mientkiewicz singled to left. Bay had a rough go of it in 2007 - not only were his power numbers down (21 homer runs, 84 RBIs after hitting 35 homers and driving in 109 in '06), but he hit .247, nearly 40 points lower than his career mark of .281. He flies out to center field.

Ryan Doumit follows with a walk, but Xavier Nady grounds out.
