Bottom 4 - Pirates at Red Sox

Bryan Bullington enters the game on the mound for the Pirates. This guy was the No. 1 overall pick in the draft a few years back and he's not given the Pirates much on their investment. But then, the Pirates could have invested more and drafted B.J. Upton. Not sure where he's at this spring, but we'll update you at home if we run into him. Bullington walks Drew and allows a double to Sean Casey.
Then Argenis Diaz singled to CF, scoring Drew. Casey held up as Morgan threw high and missed the cut-off man, but the backup cut picked it off and threw Diaz out at second. Wild play, but the Red Sox got their run and take a lead.
Bullington got knocked around a little bit there, but escaped with only one run allowed. He's going to have to step it up, but I'm not sure where he fits in the Pirates' plans anyway. Their rotation seems set and he doesn't have a track record in the bullpen.
Score: Red Sox 2, Pirates 1
