Top 7 - Yankees at Pirates

Former Yankee Jaret Wright takes the mound for the Pirates. Those hoping to get home by bed-time are probably wishing Dumatrait remained the game. But Wright apparently has a date, too. He's set the first two down very quickly. Then he walked Jason Lane. I should have kept my fingers shut ... or something like that.

When you think of Jaret Wright, you think unrealized potential. And that's mostly true. But the guy has pitched in the big leagues for 11 years, battling injuries and he's made more than 30 million bucks. That's not bad. And he just got through a scoreless seventh.

Pirates 9, Yankees 8
