Pirates vs. Blue Jays, bottom of third

Speaking of dinosaurs, anyone know one stinkin' channel that shows Flintstones reruns?
The world might be a more laugh-filled place for it.
Parents don't seem to mind forking over $20 for a few bottles of water, a tub of popcorn and a dog. Not if it means introducing their kids to the wonders of the sport with more variables than any other.
Vernon Wells singled and Scott Rolen doubled, but Rolen needs to work on sliding practice. He came up a foot short of second, although it might have been because there was no throw on the play.
Snell just got Thomas to chase a pitch in the dirt, so it's an 0-2 count. Thomas chases again, looking inept for a strikeout. That's 2-for-26 if you're counting at home for the guy with 513 career homers.
But Matt Stairs doesn't miss an opportunity to put Toronto on the board, lining a two-run double to right-center. I didn't know until I looked it up Stairs turned 40 last month.
Snell gets Overbay, who might have eaten a piece of toast between innings, on a called third strike.
