We're nearly to the halfway point of the exhibition season.
When you're past the halfway point of life (unless I live to be 102), you're reminded on a daily basis of the shot-lived nature of events like spring training, the holiday season and so on.
As a kid, you're always looking ahead to something, and the time moves more slowly. I do believe, though, time is moving faster than it ever has, but at a rate that is imperceptible to humans.
(Even if it were proven true, the science would be debunked by various elements of the media.)
Of course, I digress. Matt Capps just replaced Duke on the mound and got a 1-2-3 inning. After five, the Blue Jays cling to a 2-1 lead.
