Their team is losing, but Red Sox fans have reason to shout - closer Jonathan Papelbon is in the game, and his cheers dwarf those earned by Ramirez, Pedroia and Youkilis.
(The guy did save 37 games with a 1.85 ERA last year, so I guess the applause is well-deserved.)
Papelbon cruises through a perfect eighth, but it is the Pirates who are in control - they lead 6-3 after eight.
