I like the new billboard located in right center field, celebrating the Pirates' 40-year relationship with Bradenton.

But I do miss last year's sign, which boasted the city's logo, and I remember getting a kick out of seeing it on TV when ESPN broadcast from McKechnie Field for he first time last spring.

The Pirates go quietly, still down 7-1.
