Bottom of the 4th

Hideki Okajima has come on to pitch for the BoSox, much to the delight of the large contingent of Japanese media that has flooded McKechnie's press box.

While Daisuke Matsuzaka got plenty of love and pub last year, Okajima exploded. He appeared in 69 games, posting a 2.22 ERA, and helped build a solid bridge to closer Jonathan Papelbon. The crowd noticed too - Okajima gets a huge cheer when his name is announced.

Okajima allows two baserunners, but gets Ryan Doumit to hit into an inning-ending double play.

1-0 Sawx after four.
